Senate Bill 281, authored by Senator Rachael Cabral-Guevara and Representative Shae Sortwell, would expand APRN scope of practice to allow them to practice radiography without a radiographer's license. In a memo seeking support of the bill, they specifically mention their desire to do fluoroscopy. 

WRS is incredibly concerned by this proposal given the recent compromise that was reached on APRN independent practice. While PAs are allowed to practice radiography without a radiographer's license under current law, they do not have independent practice.
