Vendor Opportunities
Hotel Accommodations: Reserve your overnight accommodations before March 2, 2027 to receive the WRS group rate of $272 plus taxes and fees. To make reservations, call the American Club at 888-909-7058 and reiterate you are with the Wisconsin Radiological Society group block. The group block reference number will be provided soon.
Registration Deadline
Register by March 2, 2027 to ensure that your company will be recognized in printed materials. Registrations received after March 2, 2027 are not guaranteed to be included in printed materials.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received on or before March 2, 2027 will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given after March 2, 2027. Cancellations must be received in writing at WRS@badgerbay.co.
